Colin MacLock won the Mark Madoff Award for his extraordinary efforts to try to save the Officers’ Mess at Work Point Barracks from destruction

Michael Williams Award

The Hotel Rialto won the Michael Williams Award for the rehabilitation of 1450 Douglas Street that has returned this landmark building to its former glory

The rehabilitation and adaptive re-use of the historic Crystal Garden won for City of Victoria, Provincial Capital Commission and the Minister of Tourism, Culture and the Arts

Louis Award

The Victoria Heritage Foundation won the Louis Award for the incredible volunteer effort to produce the four-volumes of This Old House.
