Awards of Merit
The City of Victoria won for the restoration of the City Hall Clock Tower.
	Willy Tobler won for a lifetime of virtuosic brickwork.
Paul and Tracey Thomas won for the restoration of Illahie, 1041 St. Charles Street
	Sooke Region Historical Society won for the moving and restoration of the Triangle Island Lighthouse
Mac and Mac Development Ltd. won for the dynamic rehabilitation of 1400-1480 Government Street.
Mark Madoff Award
	Alan Hodgson won the Mark Madoff Award for his years of service as a professional architect and as a dedicated volunteer.
President's Award
The Fernwood Neighbourhood Resource Group won for the show-stopping rehabilitation of the Cornerstone Building at the corner of Fernwood Road and Gladstone Avenue in the heart of Fernwood's commercial area.
Michael Williams Award
	Calen McNeil and Pepi Krajc won for the rehabilitation of 1408-1410 Broad Street.
Louis Award
Royal Roads University jointly with Vintage Woodworks Inc. won the coveted Louis Award for the amazingly detailed restoration of the Greenhouse and Headhouse at Hatley Park, the campus of Royal Roads University.
