Ni ck and Sharon Russell together with Davyd McMinn and Linda Carlson won an Award of Merit for the for the restoration of 1243 Rudlin Street that has rejuvenated this revenue-producing property.

Dr. Larry McCann, University of Victoria Geography Professor won an Award of Merit for his efforts to communicate the value of heritage to his students and his invaluable research into the history of Oak Bay.

The Royal and McPherson Theatres Society won the Michael Williams Award for the remarkable restoration of the Broughton Street facade of the Royal Theatre.
