Also noted was the work of the Building Incentive Program of the Victoria Civic Heritage Trust and two properties - the Promis Block on Government Street and 532-536 Fisgard Street - which received grants to assist with their refurbishment.

Camosun College won for its ground-breaking restoration of the Young Building on the Lansdowne campus.
