Chris LeFevre earned an award of merit for the conversion of the old warehouse at 532 Herald Street to live/work condominiums.

Tom Moore won an award of merit for the rehabilitation and revitalization of the Hart Block at 529-539 Herald Street and the Quon-Yen and Chow Block at 532 1.2 Fisgard Street.

Pemberton and Son won for the meticulous restoration of the Pemberton Holmes Building at 1002 Government Street.

Douglas and Valerie Schuetze won an award for the restoration of 1820 Stelly's Cross Road.

A joint award of merit was won by Carole Bawlf and Noel Richardson for their dedication to the heritage assets of Central Saanich.

The award was presented to Sherri Robinson who has worked tirelessly to preserve and promote the heritage assets of Esquimalt.

Warner James Architects won for the Oak Bay Library expansion which incorporated 1423 Hampshire Road.

Stuart Stark and Margaret Graham-Bell for the meticulous restoration of 1936 Hampshire Road.

Stuart Stark, Robert Patterson and Associates, and the Provincial Capital Commission for the restoration of the historic chapel at St. Ann's Academy.
