The Masonic Temple Association of Victoria, BC won for the restoration of 650 Fisgard Street.

John Clemens and Patricia Ball won for the preservation of the house and property at 4320 Torquay Drive.

The award was presented to Martin Segger and Douglas Franklin for the publishing of their book, Exploring Victoria's Architecture.

The award was presented to Bill Murphy and Jim Stiven of Vintage Woodworks for their many years of exemplary service to the heritage community.

The President's Award was presented to the Provincial Capital Commission and the British Columbia Buildings Corporation for the resurrection of, and conversion to useful life of, St. Ann's Academy.

Presented to Jeffrey and Jane Wallace for excellence in the meticulous restoration of the exterior and interior of 1741 Duchess Street.
